This policy explains what personal information Caliph Business Solutions collects through this website and when you become a client, why we need it, who we share it with and what rights you have over it.
Who we are

What we collect
When you send an enquiry we collect your name, phone number, email address if you give one, the type of setup you are considering and your message.
When you become a client we collect what the authorities require to set up and run your company. This includes passport and Emirates ID copies, photographs, proof of address, company documents, shareholder and beneficial owner details, and information about the source of funds.
When you browse the website, basic technical information such as pages viewed, device type and the site that referred you may be recorded by our analytics tool.
Why we use it
We use your information to reply to your enquiry, to prepare and submit applications to government authorities, free zones and banks on your instructions, to remind you about renewals, to keep our accounts, and to meet our legal duties, including customer identification and record keeping.
Who we share it with
We share your information only where the service needs it: with the government authorities and free zones that process your applications, with banks you ask us to approach, and with service providers who work for us under confidentiality, such as translators, typing centres and our IT providers. We do not sell personal information.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become engagements are deleted after a reasonable period. Client files are kept for as long as you are a client and afterwards for the period the law requires, which is at least five years for identification and transaction records.
How we protect it
Access to client files is limited to the staff who work on them. Documents are stored in systems protected by passwords and access controls, and we ask our service providers to apply the same care.
Your rights
Under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) you may ask us for a copy of your information, ask us to correct it, object to certain uses, or ask us to delete it where the law allows. Write to info@caliphbusiness.com and we will reply.
Cookies and analytics
The website uses a small number of cookies to measure visits and to understand which pages are useful. You can block cookies in your browser settings and the site will still work.
